How to Cancel Meals
  • Please call the office or have someone call for you if you will not be home at delivery time.
  • Meal orders are placed 24 hours in advance.
  • If you wish to cancel your meals for a day or longer, please call 673-5035 by 8:00 a.m. the day before you wish to cancel.
  • Ask to speak with someone in Client Services.
What if I can't be home but would still like to receive my meal?
  • Please call the office to make special arrangements.
  • We may be able to try one of the following:
    • deliver to a neighbor, go into your home
    • put your meals in the refrigerator (either leave the door unlocked or leave a key under the mat or in mailbox)
    • or leave your meal with the Apartment Manager's Office (only if they agree & have a refrigerator).
  • Also, please notify us (673-5035) of any changes in address or phone number.
